1. No Cancellations

Once a student enrolls in a course, workshop, mentorship program, or purchases any digital asset from Truly Academy:

• The order cannot be cancelled.

• Access is granted immediately, making cancellation not possible.

• All payments made are final.

2. No Refunds

Truly Academy does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Lack of time to attend classes

• Incorrect course selection

• Not using the purchased product

• Technical issues caused by the user’s device or internet

• Partial attendance or non-attendance of live classes

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Course Access & Support

Even though refunds are not available, we ensure:

• Full access to the course or workshop you enrolled in

• All class recordings (if included in your plan)

• Assignments, resources, and design practice files

• Support from the Truly Academy team for technical help

Our goal is to ensure that every learner receives maximum value from the experience.

4. Exceptional Situations

In extremely rare cases such as:

• Duplicate payment

• Transaction failure where the amount is deducted but access is not provided

We will review the case and process a refund only after verifying the transaction.

5. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital downloads from the Truly Academy Store (templates, assets, presets, fonts, etc.) are:

• Delivered instantly

• Non-returnable

• Not eligible for refunds

Once downloaded, the product is considered used, and no refund is possible.

6. Workshops & Live Sessions

Workshop fees are also non-refundable due to:

• Limited seat availability

• Pre-planned instructor schedules

• Immediate allocation of learning resources
